About Indonesian Forest Honey
Indonesian wild forest honey is harvested from wild Apis dorsata colonies — giant honeybees that cannot be farmed or domesticated. They build massive open-air hives high in the forest canopy, foraging from hundreds of wild plant species. The result is a honey of extraordinary complexity — dark, rich, with natural enzymes and antioxidants preserved through minimal processing.
How to Enjoy
1–2 teaspoons daily. Straight from the spoon, dissolved in warm water, or mixed into your morning routine. Crystallization is natural and a sign of purity — gently warm in water to re-liquefy. Do not microwave.
